Slimming Soup Recipe




Try this out.. take it for 7 days and see the results : )

Onion
Tomato
Green bell pepper
Celery
Chicken cube ( can replace by curry powder or pepper powder)

mix all the above ingredient into a pot of water and bring to boil.
can serve with rice or eat it on its own.
drink plenty of water.
no deep fried food and sugary drink.
